Hello Reader, Well, Uranus certainly wasted no time making an entrance. Yesterday it crossed into Gemini at 0°, and just two hours earlier I got a call I never expected: a project I proposed last year was suddenly approved and fully funded—seven months after I’d written it off. That’s Uranus energy in action. Sudden, out of the blue, impossible to miss. Of all the slow-moving planets, Uranus is the one you feel most clearly because of its abruptness and surprise. Have you noticed any surprises or curveballs of your own lately? Consider this your invitation to play along in my little challenge: Spot Uranus. Mark Your Calendar The Full Moon lands on July 10 at 4:34 p.m. EDT. Full Moons are for release, so use your favorite rituals—whether that’s breaking coconuts, stomping, crying, crystal healing, or Jin Shin Jyutsu. The more you let go, the more space you create for what’s next. Then, on July 18, Mercury stations retrograde. This cycle is perfect for reflection, creativity, and spiritual work, but not ideal for charging ahead. Wrap up contracts, purchases, and big decisions before it begins, or wait until it’s over. If you must act during the retrograde, move carefully and double-check the details. Looking Ahead Uranus will stay in Gemini for the next seven years—plenty of time for each of us to feel its influence in one area of life or another. It won’t bring surprises every day, of course, but we’ll be watching the Moon—often the proverbial last straw that breaks the camel’s back—for the trigger days. Stay tuned! Best,

Hi, I’m Tatiana—a physicist turned spiritual explorer. In Cycles, I look at how the same laws that shape the physical universe also guide our inner lives—and how we can use them in practical ways every day. Each issue explores cosmic patterns like eclipses and retrogrades through both scientific and metaphysical perspectives, with simple self-help tools from Yoga and Jin Shin Jyutsu to help you live more effortlessly in sync with life’s rhythm.
You’re receiving this because at some point, you chose to ride the cosmic waves instead of resisting them—and signed up for our Cycles newsletter... Hello Reader, Whether you are hoping for an improved relationship, better health, or a new, more satisfying job, the answer begins with yourself. Why? Look at your astrological chart. The first house of Self reflects the body and its state, including health. The seventh house of Relationships is diametrically opposite the first, mirroring...
Hello Reader, I was preparing for tonight’s Cycles Lab on Solar Return Charts—you can still hop in if you feel called—when I was reminded again how the Moon always brings change. She tugs at our moods and comfort zones, and before we know it, something shifts—inside or out. Today, the Moon is in Capricorn, a sign that favors quiet focus over drama. It’s a good day to simplify, get things done, and pause long enough to catch your breath—especially with Mercury Retrograde approaching on Nov 9....
Hello Reader, Why is nobody looking at Solar Returns as part of a longer arc? I’ve never found a book, a class, or even a mention of it. Even my astrological software won’t let me create charts beyond the immediate year. I had to switch to another app and get creative before I could look at my Solar Returns for the past three years. When I asked why on the software’s help site, they said, “Nobody needs it.” Really? I can’t believe I am the only one who uses this easy and powerful way to see...
