Hello Reader, The days between the US Thanksgiving holiday and the New Year always put me in a reflective mood. Beyond musings on true gratitude, my mind naturally drifts toward the year behind and the one rising on the horizon. Curiosity always gets the better of me, and I spend these last weeks poring over my astrological chart to glimpse what opportunities lie ahead. If you feel the same pull, join me for our last Cycles Lab of the year on December 27 at 12 pm US EST. Please register at least a week in advance so I can review your chart and include it in our class discussion. On another note, Mercury stations around 20 Scorpio and turns direct tomorrow, Nov. 29 at 12:38 pm US EST. How has this retrograde been treating you? Did ideas flow easily, or were you navigating the usual communication quirks of the season? I personally love when Mercury retrogrades. I get so many ideas for writing, podcast episodes, marketing and branding, and my life in general that I am too busy and amazed to be bothered by the inevitable communication snags, technical glitches, or life frustrations that come with the territory. If you feel you have not received any guidance at all, you may simply be dismissing it. Most guidance arrives quietly, in very mundane but pragmatic form. I am on Day 16 of my Mercury Retrograde Challenge, where each morning I ask for one task from my guides to complete that day. So far, I have been guided to sweep my backyard, do the dishes, approach everyone with love, sing a song, step into the sun, do eye exercises, and other simple actions. Nothing dramatic—just small, practical steps toward peace, clarity, and wellbeing. So take advantage of the final moments of this retrograde. Sit for a moment, turn your mind inward (easier than usual thanks to Mercury Retrograde), acknowledge that your will aligns with that of your guides, and ask them for one task for the day. Do not dismiss it, no matter how small or mundane it seems. As long as what you hear is productive and kind, trust that this is your guidance. Best, Tatiana The winter solstice is a quiet time—a time for reflection and making plans, not for mindlessly rushing to and fro. Sink deeply into yourself and reflect. It is a time for transformation. Soon, the sun will reach the bottom of its yearly cycle, and another year will begin—one of growth and strength. —Tatiana Gwon, Meditations 28.2
