Hello Reader, Once again, it is that time of the year. That one, where we all collectively hold our breath and start creating long lists of "don'ts" - don't buy a new car, don't go on trips, don't schedule job interviews, etc. Yes, we are approaching the August 2024 edition of Mercury Retrograde. Don't know what Mercury Retrograde is about? Not to worry — here is an article from two years ago in which I explain it in more detail. This time, I am not in the mood to write avoidance lists. Today, I am going to write a list of what to do during Mercury Retrograde. And my list will have one item only — DO practice a Hawaiian Healing Mantra for forty days in a row! Many of you know the Hoʻoponopono Mantra and have probably practiced it already. If not, here is a helpful website I consulted earlier today for my own reference. I just started it today. Can you tell the difference in my mood? Here I am writing my newsletter and feeling all enthusiastic about it. What better proof that a spiritual practice work than the reconnection with your sense of joy and wonder? Seriously, though, what better time of the year to practice healing mantras than during Mercury Retrograde? Your mind is naturally focused inwardly, and the time is right for revising, revisiting, and redoing everything that you messed up during the previous rounds. Anyone up to join me in this challenge? Commit HERE, and in September, if you have lived up to the challenge of practicing your mantra for 40 days straight, I'll do a raffle and one lucky and spiritually advanced being will receive a free 30-minute pre-recorded astrological reading with me. As for JSJ self-help, how about opening SEL 1? After all, the Ho'oponopono Mantra is supposed to get us out of the mental rut of past regrets, shame, guilt, and self-judgment. Combining it with SEL 1, we'll get the energy moving to clear up any blocks or stagnant areas. As always, if you don't feel like holding the inside of your knee (SEL 1), you can hold your thumb. Easier and more comfortable that way. Happy 1-ing, as Wayne Hackett would say! Best, Tatiana Quick Announcements Missing images on TravelersGuideToHealing.info. If you have noticed missing images on the TravelersGuideToHealing.info site, it is not by design. Some time ago, I discovered many of my pictures on the website had disappeared. It may have been during one of the many WordPress Upgrades or some other maintenance bug. I am not even sure if I can bring all the images back, as I lost many originals during our house fire in 2020. Tuck Yourself with JSJ. A JSJ self-help class is coming in the Fall. It will be in a totally new and original format, and it will focus on how JSJ can help us with sleep projects. I'll announce the details as soon as I sort them out in the next month. (Thanks, Mercury Retrograde, for giving me time and space to revise, review, and redo some projects!) Coming Soon. I am launching an Internet Magazine this Fall. It will be a dedicated space for everyone who straddles the conventional and alternative worlds in a quest for unity of existence. It will be our dedicated space to exchange ideas, showcase our practices, get to know each other, and much more. Stay tuned for details.

Hi, I’m Tatiana—a physicist turned spiritual explorer. In Cycles, I look at how the same laws that shape the physical universe also guide our inner lives—and how we can use them in practical ways every day. Each issue explores cosmic patterns like eclipses and retrogrades through both scientific and metaphysical perspectives, with simple self-help tools from Yoga and Jin Shin Jyutsu to help you live more effortlessly in sync with life’s rhythm.
You’re receiving this because at some point, you chose to ride the cosmic waves instead of resisting them—and signed up for our Cycles newsletter... Hello Reader, Whether you are hoping for an improved relationship, better health, or a new, more satisfying job, the answer begins with yourself. Why? Look at your astrological chart. The first house of Self reflects the body and its state, including health. The seventh house of Relationships is diametrically opposite the first, mirroring...
Hello Reader, I was preparing for tonight’s Cycles Lab on Solar Return Charts—you can still hop in if you feel called—when I was reminded again how the Moon always brings change. She tugs at our moods and comfort zones, and before we know it, something shifts—inside or out. Today, the Moon is in Capricorn, a sign that favors quiet focus over drama. It’s a good day to simplify, get things done, and pause long enough to catch your breath—especially with Mercury Retrograde approaching on Nov 9....
Hello Reader, Why is nobody looking at Solar Returns as part of a longer arc? I’ve never found a book, a class, or even a mention of it. Even my astrological software won’t let me create charts beyond the immediate year. I had to switch to another app and get creative before I could look at my Solar Returns for the past three years. When I asked why on the software’s help site, they said, “Nobody needs it.” Really? I can’t believe I am the only one who uses this easy and powerful way to see...
