Oh my goodness, people! I just realized I had overlooked one of my email accounts for the last month. Yes, it is the one where many of you contacted me to tell me about the new site Effortless Reality, the new mini-classes, and more. I just responded to most of the emails, but I wanted to address some issues that were common. Thank you all for your feedback and encouragement. Your emails mean a lot to me. Something is wrong with the Squash Your Inner Critic, Part 4/5 email in the sequence. For all of you who let me know, thank you! It is about the 29-yr Saturnian cycle and how it plays in our life. And, until I figure out why this email is missing from the sequence and how to fix it, you can view the lesson here. Have you got your eclipse glasses yet? Here in Washington, DC, we’ll see a partial eclipse — the Moon will cover up to 90% of the Sun. If you’re along the path of totality, enjoy the spectacle. And remember: if you don’t have glasses, don’t look directly at the Sun. There’s much more to notice than just the sky. Birds fall silent. The light dims. And if you’re near trees, the leaves act like tiny lenses, projecting the Sun-Moon dance onto the ground as countless little crescents. Astrologically, a Solar Eclipse is a supercharged New Moon — a moment for insights and fresh ideas. Keep a notebook handy to catch whatever comes. For Jin Shin Jyutsu students, since this eclipse is in 19 Aries, I recommend holding the Lung Function Energy or placing your hands on the opposite elbow (SEL 19), whichever option calls to you. Best, Tatiana

Hi, I’m Tatiana—a physicist turned spiritual explorer. In Cycles, I look at how the same laws that shape the physical universe also guide our inner lives—and how we can use them in practical ways every day. Each issue explores cosmic patterns like eclipses and retrogrades through both scientific and metaphysical perspectives, with simple self-help tools from Yoga and Jin Shin Jyutsu to help you live more effortlessly in sync with life’s rhythm.
You’re receiving this because at some point, you chose to ride the cosmic waves instead of resisting them—and signed up for our Cycles newsletter... Hello Reader, Whether you are hoping for an improved relationship, better health, or a new, more satisfying job, the answer begins with yourself. Why? Look at your astrological chart. The first house of Self reflects the body and its state, including health. The seventh house of Relationships is diametrically opposite the first, mirroring...
Hello Reader, I was preparing for tonight’s Cycles Lab on Solar Return Charts—you can still hop in if you feel called—when I was reminded again how the Moon always brings change. She tugs at our moods and comfort zones, and before we know it, something shifts—inside or out. Today, the Moon is in Capricorn, a sign that favors quiet focus over drama. It’s a good day to simplify, get things done, and pause long enough to catch your breath—especially with Mercury Retrograde approaching on Nov 9....
Hello Reader, Why is nobody looking at Solar Returns as part of a longer arc? I’ve never found a book, a class, or even a mention of it. Even my astrological software won’t let me create charts beyond the immediate year. I had to switch to another app and get creative before I could look at my Solar Returns for the past three years. When I asked why on the software’s help site, they said, “Nobody needs it.” Really? I can’t believe I am the only one who uses this easy and powerful way to see...
